Matthew Willcocks is a mixed media fashion and street photographer working across commercial assignments, portraiture, landscapes, and documentary-style street photography. Alongside his freelance photography and digital tech work, Matthew is the full-time Studio Manager at END. Clothing, where he oversees the production and delivery of high-quality stills imagery across the business.
With over a decade of experience across photography, e-commerce, and creative studio environments, Matthew specialises in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale visual content production. His role involves overseeing photographers, stylists, studio assistants, and both in-house and freelance retouchers, ensuring all output aligns with END.’s visual identity, brand direction, and commercial objectives. Working closely with creative, e-commerce, and operational teams, he helps drive efficient workflows, consistency, and high production standards across all studio content.
Collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement are central to Matthew’s approach. Alongside building strong studio teams and scalable production processes, he maintains an active freelance practice rooted in visual storytelling and personal projects. Combining technical precision with an instinctive photographic style, his work moves fluidly between fashion, culture, and everyday life.
